Need to know…
Participants and teams who are chosen will be contacted personally by Chooks Team, and supplied the necessary information, rules, safety, and logistics of the day.

18 CONTESTANTS split into teams of 3 vS Australia’s #1 Eater J WEbby.
🕙 Competition Format
The event consists of one (1) round lasting 10 minutes.
Each team will begin with 5kg of Chook’s iconic potato scallops.
If a team finishes their initial 5kg before the 10-minute mark, our judges will immediately replenish their tray with an additional kilogram — and will continue to do so until time expires.
At the end of the 10 minutes, any remaining scallops not eaten will be deducted from the total weight recorded for your team.
A team’s final total will be calculated based on the net weight of scallops consumed.
The team that consumes the highest total weight of potato scallops will be crowned the winner. 🏆
⚖️ Why We Judge by Weight
Because scallops can vary in size, this method ensures fairness, transparency, and accuracy for all participants.
🚫 Disqualifications
Competitors will be immediately disqualified for any of the following:
Vomiting – Spew and you’re through!
Tampering with food, hiding scallops, or leaving your seat during the round.
Throwing food or any unsportsmanlike behaviour.
🧃 Other Important Information
Each competitor will receive Jarritos (event sponsor) to help wash down the scallops.
Four official judges will oversee the 10-minute round to ensure fairness, safety, and accurate scoring.
The competition is intended to be safe, fair, and fun. Please participate responsibly and respect your fellow challengers.
