What Happens After You Apply?
Once your application is approved:
• We issue your Team Partnership Pack
• You receive Man of the Match certificates
• You receive the Player of the Season voucher
All your coach needs to do is:
✔ Pick the weekly winner
✔ Pick the seasonal winner
✔ Send them in to redeem their voucher
We take care of the rest.

• Sponsorship is available to approved junior sports teams only
• Limited team spots available
• Application must be submitted via the official online form
• Approval is at the discretion of Chookalicious
• Vouchers are valid for in-store redemption only
• Man of the Match voucher includes Junior Burger + Chips + Drink
• Player of the Season voucher valued at $100
• One Man of the Match voucher per game
• One Player of the Season voucher per team per season
• Vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
• Chookalicious reserves the right to modify or withdraw the program at any time
